• Wagering Requirements: All bonus credits carry a wagering requirement that must be met in full before the bonus balance (and any winnings derived from it) can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion's individual terms page.
• Bonus Expiry: Promotional bonuses at frg222 expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the period specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonus balances are removed from the account without compensation.

• Tier Eligibility: VIP tier is determined by rolling 30-day wager volume. Tier upgrades are applied automatically when thresholds are reached. Tier downgrades apply after a one-month grace period if the required wager volume is not maintained.
